Hyderabad, Dec 16 : The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy made it clear to the RBI Sub Committee of Central Board of Directors to study issues and concerns of MFIs, regarding the State Government bringing out the Ordinance only to protect the borrowers, majority of them being the SHG women in the State.
