Should i take cell biology if i intend to go to medical school?

I consider myself a pretty good student, but i've heard cell biology (especially at my university) is really tough. I know cell biology isn't required for almost all med schools, but i'm sure it would help once i actually got to med school. Also, I would most likely get a B (or possibly lower), which would lower my overall and science GPA. Is it worth it?

If you are estimating a B, do not take it. Do not take any elective courses where you estimate your grade as below A-. Your immediate goal is medical school admission. If you are admitted, the medical school thinks you can do well in your classes there.
