Bibles, Longer, than, Others, Some


Question by Kevin: Why are some bibles way longer than others?

I have a bible that was made before the 1700s and its HUGE and then i have another bible that was written recently and its only like not even a fifth the size of my other one. Does that mean that books have been taken out of the bible and it has been condensed over time?

The new one has less in it and is probably printed on thinner paper with smaller font.
