How low for GE to be a bargain stock?

I want to buy more GE stocks. How long should I wait. When I started buying this stock it was in the -30 range. Even at below , it seems like a bargain. Is it?

You paid over for a stock that is now at ,
and you want to buy more?!

Why?

Do you not understand the message of the market
as to how this company is valued, and that it
continues to be valued lower and lower?

Where is the sense? Keep buying this decling stock
and all you will have left of your dollars is cents.

Please do not say you are going to dollar cost average.
That expression is an old mutual fund expression used
by salesmen to get people to invest in mutual funds.

It was a bull market for funds, at the time, and any set
backs were recovered, so buying any price level would
eventually work out.

Right now, dollar cost averaging is better expressed as
dollar loss averaging, for that is what you are doing.

It was a bargain at , at , at 9, 8... Oh, well.
